Her eclectic back catalogue ranges from the landmark lesbian novel, The Microcosm (1966), set in the famous Gateways club in London, to a literary biography of Aphra Behn. She has published five previous collections of poetry, including her Collected Poems, 1949 – 84. Michael Henry’s fourth collection with Enitharmon Press, After the Dancing Dogs, is a far-reaching and sharp study of physical and emotional landscapes.
